VOCARE · Sales conversations

Sales call coaching that reads how you said it, not just what you said.

Call reviews tell you which questions you missed. They rarely tell you that you talked past the buyer's answer, that your price sentence came out forty per cent faster than the rest of the call, or that your close dissolved into an explanation.

The gap

The thing that loses deals is rarely in the transcript.

Read a lost call back as text and it usually looks fine. Listen to it and the problem is obvious: the acceleration through pricing, the apology hidden in a qualifier, the pause you filled instead of letting the buyer fill it.

Those are delivery behaviours, and they are learnable — but only if someone shows you the second they happened.

What gets measured

Built for conversations where someone decides.

Authority

Hedges, upspeak and rushed endings mapped to the moment. Where you sounded certain, and where you asked permission.

Silence discipline

Your silence ratio and pause counts. In sales, the pause after a price is worth more than the sentence before it.

Pace on the hard parts

Rushed segments highlighted, so you can see whether pricing, differentiation or the objection was the part you sped through.

Clarity of the value line

Whether the reason to buy arrived early and in plain language, or after three qualifying clauses.

Closing strength

Your last two sentences scored and rewritten to end on a statement instead of a trailing explanation.

How VOCARE works

Three minutes of speech, one precise read.

You record or upload audio — phone, laptop, no camera, no live interviewer. VOCARE transcribes it, measures how you delivered it, and reads the substance of what you said.

You get scored dimensions with the exact moment behind each number, your own strongest lines quoted back, a rewritten opening and closing, and one priority to carry into the next session. Pattern memory tracks what has actually shifted across your last ten sessions rather than resetting each time.

Pace and rushed segments

Words per minute across the whole recording, plus the specific stretches where you accelerated past the point of landing.

Pauses and silence ratio

Micro, emphasis and dramatic pauses counted separately, with benchmark ranges, because silence is what gives a sentence weight.

Energy arc

How your energy moved from first word to last — building, front-loaded, peaked early, fading — matched to the same curve you can see plotted.

Structure and clarity

Whether your point arrived early, whether the middle held, and whether you closed on a statement or trailed into explanation.

Listener's memory

What a listener would actually retain from the recording, and what quietly fell out. Retention, not grammar.

Questions

Before you record.

Can I use a recording of a real customer call?

You can upload any audio you are entitled to record and share. Check your own consent and recording obligations first — VOCARE analyses whatever you upload and keeps it private to your account.

Is this call-recording software?

No. VOCARE does not join or record your meetings. You bring a rehearsal or an existing recording, and it gives you a diagnosis of how you spoke.

How much does VOCARE cost?

Your first three sessions are free and no card is required. After that you buy credit packs — one credit per session — starting at $9 for five sessions, $19 for twelve and $39 for thirty. There is no subscription.

What happens to my recordings?

Recordings and reports are private to your account. Nothing is published, shared or used as a public example, and you can delete your account and its history from your profile page at any time.

Rehearse the objection before it arrives.

Three free sessions. Answer the question you dread out loud for three minutes and see exactly how it landed.
