We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Vocare credit pack purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
This applies to all credit packs: Starter (5 sessions), Standard (12 sessions), and Pro (30 sessions).
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can request a refund in one of two ways:
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
If a technical error on our side causes a session to fail after a credit has been deducted — meaning the analysis was not delivered to you — we will restore the credit to your account at no additional cost. This is separate from the 30-day refund window and remains available throughout your account lifetime.
To report a technical failure, email hello@vocarelabs.com. Include your account email address and the approximate date and time of the session. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
After 30 days, credit packs are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a genuine issue, please contact us — we review requests case by case and want you to have a fair experience.
