Vocare is an AI-powered communication coaching tool. You submit audio recordings or transcripts. Our system analyzes them and returns diagnostic feedback across multiple dimensions of communication.
The service is provided for personal development purposes. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, therapy, or medical advice.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vocare.
New accounts receive 3 free sessions. After 3 sessions, you must purchase a credit pack to continue.
Credits are purchased in packs (Starter: 5 sessions / Standard: 12 sessions / Pro: 30 sessions). Pricing is published on our pricing page at vocarelabs.com/upgrade. Credits have no expiry date.
One credit is consumed per completed session analysis. A session is considered complete when the AI analysis has been generated and delivered to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
By purchasing a credit pack, you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on credit pack purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email hello@vocarelabs.com and we will assist you.
If a technical failure on our side causes a session to fail after a credit has been deducted, contact us at hello@vocarelabs.com and we will restore the credit to your account.
You retain ownership of the audio recordings and transcripts you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating your coaching report and maintaining your session history.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Coaching reports are generated by AI. They are provided for informational and development purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated feedback for any particular purpose.

We retain all ownership of the Vocare service, including the software, documentation, branding, and all related intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.
We aim to keep Vocare available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Vocare and Vikram Vashisht shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
